Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Vampire Fleet's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services Description
Vampire Fleet provides mobile fleet maintenance services, including but not limited to preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, diagnostic services, and emergency repairs for commercial vehicles. All services are performed by certified technicians during scheduled night-shift operations.
Service Scheduling
- •Service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our contact channels
- •We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
- •Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees
- •Emergency services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
Payment Terms
- •Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
- •We accept various payment methods as agreed upon with each client
- •Invoices must be paid within 30 days unless otherwise specified in a service agreement
- •Late payments may be subject to interest charges and suspension of services
Service Warranties
We stand behind our work with the following commitments:
- •All work is performed by certified, experienced technicians
- •Parts and labor are warrantied according to manufacturer specifications
- •Any issues resulting from our service will be addressed promptly at no additional charge
- •Warranties do not cover damage resulting from normal wear, misuse, or external factors
Limitation of Liability
Vampire Fleet's liability is limited to the direct costs of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from our services or inability to provide services.
Client Responsibilities
- •Provide accurate information about vehicle conditions and service needs
- •Ensure safe access to vehicles for maintenance and repair work
- •Remove valuable or personal items from vehicles before service
- •Maintain current insurance coverage on all vehicles
- •Provide timely payment for services rendered
Compliance and Safety
All services are performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including DOT requirements. Clients are responsible for ensuring their fleet operations comply with all regulatory requirements. Our inspections and recommendations do not replace the client's obligation to maintain compliance.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and materials on our website and in our communications are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.
